Your New Breville Juicer

A juicer or juice extractor is a machine designed to extract the juice from fruits and vegetables … and sometimes, grasses and herbs.  During the juicing process, the cellulose barriers of the produce are broken down releasing the extremely beneficial nutrients and enzymes within these fruits and vegetables.  The resulting juice is packed full of concentrated nutrients essential to a healthy body.  Consuming this juice provides an instant source of nourishment as the body can quickly assimilate and use this powerhouse of nutrition.  A typical glass of fresh juice has the living-enzymes and nutrients found in a huge quantify of fruits and vegetables, much more than the average person would normally consume.

Very few people are getting the USDA recommended number of fruits and vegetables.  Most people just don’t want to consume the large amount of produce required to meet this recommendation.  For whatever reason, the vast majority of people just aren’t doing it.  Many don’t like vegetables; some are so accustomed to eating fast food and eating on the run, that sitting down and consuming the requisite 4 to 13 servings, seems daunting.

That’s where juicing can be extremely helpful; a single glass of juice can pack all the nutritional value you need for an entire day!  By juicing your fruits and vegetables, in a matter of seconds, you will have a delicious glass of juice that will provide you with the health benefits of proper nutrition.  A Breville Juicer is a fast and convenient way to help you build a healthy lifestyle and enjoy the benefits juicing has to offer.

Choosing the juicer that’s right for you will depend on what your needs are.  Some people just want to juice their morning oranges and grapefruit and are happy with a simple citrus juicer.  For this purpose the Breville 800CPXL is an excellent choice.  This dedicated citrus juicer will provide you with delicious citrus juice, fast and easy.  If you want to try your hand at juicing wheatgrass, you’re going to need a dedicated wheatgrass juicer designed especially for the demands of juicing wheat grass.

If you’re ready to step up to a full service juicer, one that will allow you to extract the juice of both fruits and vegetables, Breville offers it’s powerful Breville Juice Fountain series.  These juicers have a number of features designed to make juicing as effortless as possible.  The Breville Juice Fountain comes in several models all featuring a powerful Italian motor with its unique cyclonic system designed to extract the most juice from your produce.

Whichever Breville Juice Fountain juicer you choose, you can be sure you’re getting a high-quality  juicer that will give you years of dependable service.

I have a Hamilton Beach Juicer that I paid $60 for and my friend has a Jack LaLanne jceuir that she paid $100 for. The Jack LaLanne is comparable to the Breville. The difference between the two jceuirs is basically that my $60 one has a noisier motor and the motor has less power but, I am quite happy with the results. I also decided that if I really like juicing that maybe later on down the line I would invest in a more expensive one but, for now I am happy with what I have. I enjoy making my own juice, although the juicer is a pain in the neck to clean. But from what I have been told they all are. It also depends on how much juicing you intend to do as to which model will fit you best.

My favorite juice is apple carrot berry which I make by using one Granny Smith apple, one Macintosh apple, a hand full of strawberries and a large carrot. Yummy!
