We sometimes seem to be so set in our ways that it is difficult to change and for some of us we know at the back of our minds that low carb meals are good for us and we should be eating more of them to maintain a healthy lifestyle, especially in today’s society with fast food chains on almost every street corner, but it is often difficult to make the adaption.

Healthy low carb meals can be made exciting with very little effort and there are many reasons why a low carb meal is beneficial to you. One will feel better after a meal that generally healthier, filled with goodness than something that is loaded with carbohydrates. Accomplished athletes are changing their ways to a low carb diet and using a low-GI recipe, which enhances their performance.

Fish is one of those things that many people are not that keen about, but once you experiment with different types of fish, adding healthy sauces it becomes another story. It has been proven that people who eat more fish live a more healthy life, free from heart disease or any sort of  related illness that would clog up the arteries. Recently scientists have shown how adding more fish to your diet can help prevent cancer.

Sticking to low carb diet meals would definitely be a recommendation. There is one recipe I love, which has been used for years and is easy as anything. All you need is a sheet of tin foil. You will then shape it into a little pocket. Now you will add your fish with some stir fried vegetables and a dash of wine and lemon juice which will make your sauce. Close the pocket up to form a bag. Place this in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes and you will be loving it.
