    Cha, you are right. Yeast is a fungus and doctors prescribe antifungal medication, not antibiotics. There are some bacterial infections that have similar symptoms to yeast infections, and in those cases doctors do prescribe antibiotics.

    YouTube has several good videos that also mention useful info about the various probiotic strains. Some of the the strains are good and some are bad strains and not all the same strains are present in all the probiotic food sources. With that in mind, what are the strains that do help with yeast infections?
